Sales Specialist — Wood Products
Job Description:
About the Role
Our client is a large-scale manufacturer of wood products serving contractors, joinery workshops, furniture manufacturers and building-material distributors across the Kingdom. The Sales Specialist owns a portfolio of B2B accounts, develops new business within an assigned territory, and carries a monthly order and collection target. This is a field-based commercial role, not an order-taking desk role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B accounts among contractors, joinery workshops, furniture factories and building-material distributors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through quotation, negotiation, purchase order and collection follow-up.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within approved margin limits set by management.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by monitoring order frequency, reorder patterns and account profitability.
- Coordinate with production and logistics on lead times, stock availability and delivery schedules.
- Track competitor pricing, product movement and market demand, and report findings to management.
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly targets and maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in wood products, building materials, or furniture manufacturing.
- Documented record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Working knowledge of wood product specifications (MDF, plywood, blockboard, veneers, laminates).
- Arabic (native); English (professional working proficiency).
- Driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM or ERP order-entry systems.
What We Offer
- SAR 3,500 – 7,000 per month, set after interview according to relevant experience.
- Incentive or commission structure on achieved targets.
- Benefits and leave entitlements in accordance with the Saudi Labour Law.
- Employment with an established manufacturer with an existing customer base and production capacity.
