Marketing & Growth Manager

  • Damascus, Syria
  • Full-Time
  • Remote

Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a Saudi business-services firm (government-platform, HR and operational services), is hiring a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager to own its marketing function end to end. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you set the strategy and personally execute it, from paid campaigns through to reporting. A graphic designer is available for creative production; the rest of the marketing engine is yours to run.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the marketing function end to end (strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and reporting) as a hands-on individual contributor.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns directly: media buying, budget allocation, audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
  • Drive qualified B2B lead generation, owning cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • Build and run the marketing calendar, campaign concepts, offers, messaging, and copy in both Arabic and English.
  • Brief and direct the company graphic designer, review creatives, and keep assets on time and on message.
  • Manage social media and contribute hands-on to landing pages, website campaign content, conversion improvement, and basic SEO.
  • Set up tracking and analytics, monitor results continuously, and make optimization calls without waiting on an agency.
  • Deliver concise weekly and monthly reports covering spend, results, pipeline contribution, and next actions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of verifiable, hands-on marketing experience with strong ownership of digital / performance marketing and paid advertising.
  • Proven hands-on media buying: personally building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns, not only supervising agencies or junior staff.
  • Strong B2B lead-generation experience, connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes and qualified sales opportunities.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic and English, able to write and review marketing copy in both.
  • Strong command of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, retargeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Able to work independently and own the full marketing workflow without a subordinate marketing team.
  • Good understanding of the Saudi market and digital advertising landscape.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience marketing business services, HR / government-services solutions, professional services, or SaaS / digital platforms in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Portfolio or case studies showing measurable campaign growth, lead generation, CAC / CPL improvement, and conversion optimization.
  • Practical experience with content strategy, landing-page optimization, SEO fundamentals, email / CRM campaigns, and marketing funnels.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary, based on experience.
  • Full ownership of the marketing function with direct access to executive management.
  • Fully remote role, based in Syria.
