Jeser Human Capital is a specialist recruitment firm based in
Damascus, connecting Gulf and international companies with Syria's
strongest talent. We bring international standards — AI-powered

founders trained in the UAE — to a market full of
exceptional professionals waiting to be discovered.

We're early in our journey, and we're hiring our first Account
Manager. This is a foundational role: the person we hire will help
shape how Jeser builds its client base from day one.



ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Account Manager, you'll be on the ground in Damascus — the
face of Jeser to companies that need to hire. Your mission: find
companies that need talent, open the conversation, and bring them
into our portfolio as paying clients.

You'll be a hunter — opening new doors, building new relationships,
and creating Jeser's first wave of recurring clients. You won't be
recruiting candidates yourself; our team handles that. Your job is
to make sure that team always has hiring mandates to work on.



WHAT YOU'LL DO

Business Development & Outreach
- Identify and approach Gulf companies (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar,
Kuwait, and beyond) that are hiring or expanding into the region
- Build relationships with HR managers, hiring managers, and
decision-makers — via LinkedIn, email, phone, and in-person
visits when possible
- Engage local Syrian companies, multinationals operating in Syria,
and members of the Damascus and Aleppo Chambers of Commerce
- Represent Jeser at business events, chamber gatherings, and
industry meetups in Damascus

Client Management
- Onboard new clients — understand their hiring needs in depth,
agree on terms, and brief our internal recruitment team
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout each
engagement — keeping them informed, answering questions, managing
expectations
- Negotiate fees, contracts, and engagement terms within agreed
guidelines
- Ensure every client experience reflects Jeser's standards —
responsive, professional, and trustworthy

Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, conversations, and
active mandates
- Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and client feedback
- Share weekly progress reports with the founders
- Suggest improvements to our outreach approach based on what you
learn in the market



WHO YOU ARE

You're a relationship-builder, not a script-reader. You're
comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a meeting, and
talking to anyone from a junior HR coordinator to a CEO. You
understand that trust is built slowly and lost quickly.

You believe in what Jeser is doing — building bridges between
Syrian talent and global opportunity — and you want to be part of
building something from the ground up.



WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:
- 1–6 years of experience in business development, sales, account
management, or recruitment — ideally with B2B or service-based
companies
- Fluent in Arabic and professional working English (written and
spoken)
- Based in Damascus and able to work hybrid (mix of office and
field visits)
- Strong communication skills — clear, warm, and persuasive
- Comfortable with cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone)
- Self-starter with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
- Honest, organized, and accountable

Nice to have:
- Existing network in the Gulf HR or business community
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Manatal, or similar)
- Familiarity with Syrian and Gulf business culture
- Previous experience in recruitment, consulting, or B2B services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field
