About the role

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing UAE-based third-party logistics and fulfillment company looking for a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative to manage incoming leads and turn them into long-term clients. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, guiding them from their first message through to becoming onboarded clients. This is a remote role suited to someone confident, well-spoken, and driven by results.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries on WhatsApp
• Reply to email inquiries and follow up consistently with leads
• Make and take phone and video calls with prospective customers when needed
• Qualify incoming leads by understanding their business and fulfillment needs
• Conduct online meetings and calls with prospects to present our services
• Convert qualified leads into onboarded clients
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet responded, and re-engage older leads
• Keep organized records of leads, conversations, and outcomes
• Work toward monthly conversion and sales targets

Requirements

• Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written (essential)
• Confident and clear on phone and video calls, with a professional speaking manner
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development (preferred)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, email, phone, and video meeting tools
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available to work during UAE business hours
• E-commerce knowledge preferred
• Based in Damascus

Working hours & compensation

• 4 to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Fixed base salary of 300 USD per month
• Plus commission on every converted client, your earnings grow with your results
